I have been extraordinarily pleased with both the customer service and products of one of your advertisers, Macabi Skirts. The company bent over backwards to locate and ship a skirt to me for a recent trip to Eastern Europe. I "needed" (well, if we're scrupulously honest, wanted....) an unusual size in a color which turned out to have been discontinued. The company did not have one in stock so they called their retailers to locate one, had it shipped overnight in time for my trip and handled all the financial aspects of the transaction. I own three of their skirts in different colors and they are one of the best items of travel clothing I have ever purchased in terms of versatility, function and value. The staff (Carol) was also very encouraging and interested in hearing about my travels and the performance of their product.

I used a website off of your Journeywoman email letter to purchase the Macabi skirt (for a trip to Panama and Costa Rica in Dec.) which is the single best, most versatile piece of travel clothing I own. I was hot and wet but not as hot and wet as everybody else! I also took it to Arkansas last weekend and I might as well not have packed anything else! That was a great link. Thanks.
