The food was utterly fantastic...

And Tuscany's enchanting landscape shone right through the misty daylight...

Travelling in shoulder season meant far fewer tourists...

It meant that restaurants weren't overcrowded...

And it gave me the opportunity to meander and take lots of photos under the Tuscan clouds...
