Jewelrys a girls
best friend...
I shop at Super Star Jewelry at the Furama Hotel
in Central. They have a huge selection of baubles and trinkets
in stock but they are also ready to make up any type of jewellery
design you bring to them. This shop is reputable and prices are
good with service to match.

More jewelery... Power Jewelery
Company in Kowloon (19A Hankow Road) are very nice people and, from my experience,

and most charming. Tel: 2376 1782, e-mail: jacquiho@netvigator.com Ruth

Still more jewelery... I love
the bracelets sold at Sanaco in the Admiralty Centre in Central. They stock
a lot of French and Italian designers which are just great! Jessie Sandu,

Her larger shoe sizes... True,
all women were not created equal so in Hong Kong I have to look harder to find
larger shoe sizes (9 & 10). My suggestion is to stop in at Nine West in
Pacific Place, Admiralty. Im usually successful there. Lisa P, Kindergarten
teacher, Hong Kong I wait for sales and then I buy all my shoes at Nine
West. Some of their prices are at times better than they are in New York.

Womens fabulous footwear... There
is a shoe shop called Vickie on Li Yuen St. E which certainly was a hit
with myself and the other girls I was travelling with. I purchased a few pairs
of fantastic beaded mules which have made all my friends at home extremely jealous
and only cost £23. Aoife, London, England |

A Bonus Tip -- Better Bargaining Power...
My mom used to live in
Hong Kong and this is what she taught me. In the markets and small street stalls,
tourists are often charged more than the local people. So its smart for
you to say that you are a local when you are bargaining. Alice W,
