As of March 2011, One World Trade Center is at 58 stories with glass on the 30th floor, Tower Four is up around 20 stories.The World Trade Center Transportation Hub's PATH hall is nearly complete, and the National September 11 Memorial & Museum is on track to open the plaza on the tenth anniversary of the attacks, on September 11, 2011. World Trade Center Tower Three and Two's foundations are becoming visible, and Tower Three will be completed in mid 2014 if requirements set by the Port Authority can be met. Tower Two will rise only to street level, and the actual Skyscraper will be completed when the economy improves. However construction probably will be complete on Tower Two by 2020, given that numerous American and Chinese companies are 'very interested' in leasing space at the WTC.
